Had Roofexpro come out and inspect my roof. They worked with my insurance company and performed a full roof replacement within the confines of the insurance adjustor. They keep me notified on the supply order and stated the replacement 2 days ahead of schedule. The installers arrived on time and cleared up before they left. Roofexpro was great. They handled our roof before we moved in and well faster than what they had mentioned to us. They were done in two days and they did a great job cleaning everything up. So far, the roof has been great and that is amazing for us and it prevents leaking and anything like that.

I needed a tune up of my slate roof after the winter. Roofex came quickly to take pictures of the roof, to determine what was needed, and they sent an estimate right away. Asked for an inspection since my neighbors were changing roof and I thought we may have a similar problem. They arranged a free inspection, showed up five minutes early and did the inspection quickly. Didn’t push for an any unnecessary repair, even send a pictured inspection report for free.

sonny and his staff are amazing. everything went through my insurance and was so easy! thaThere were some problems with my roof and gutters. RoofexNRG was quite responsive to my need. They sent the best roofer Justin to my house, and he did a careful inspection and gave me a fix plan that I felt was thoughtful and professional, even though it was not the cheapest one in terms of estimates I got from a few companies. Justin came to my house a few days later and fixed everything. He was such a nice and cooperative person you definitely want him to do the job for you. After closing on our first home, my fiance and I were concerned about a possible leak in the roof detected on inspection. We had several contractors come out to advise and give quotes, and learned that the whole roof needed to be replaced. With such a large expense and as first time home buyers and first time dealing with a flat roof/TPO, we were worried about being taken advantage of (overpriced quotes or substandard work quality). RoofExPro (now RoofexNRG) offered the best quote AND were super responsive to any concerns we had (like matching other quotes) or requests to update the contract prior to us signing (like details on price per board for additional repairs found while replacing roof, adding gutter replacement/gutter guards, etc.). At the same time, they were not pushy about getting us to commit to them. My fiance was super impressed by them at the first meeting (which I was not there for), so I was still suspicious… of course many companies will be solicitous up until they get your business… but after seeing the work they did, we both feel we can trust the product and service we received! The team was great about communicating plans. They were happy to have my fiance up on the roof to show him what they were doing, any additional damage they found, etc. They also saw we had drainage issues, and took the extra step of ensuring that the new gutter downspouts were extended an additional couple feet away from the foundation. We’ve had several torrential rains since, and every time we are super grateful for the peace of mind that we have, since our roof was replaced by RoofexNRG. Would definitely work with them again – but hopefully won’t have to any time soon, if the roof lasts 😉
